2. Leave a custom message. (If it is LOGO, please send a picture of LOGO).
3. Choose the font style.
4. Choose the color of the line.
5. Choose the size of the font (small 1-1.5cm, medium 2-3cm, large 4-6cm)

1. Our hats are custom products, if not quality problems, we do not accept returns. Please check the information you left in the personalization when placing the order.
2. We can not make complex picture embroidery, if your LOGO is a little complicated, please contact me to confirm whether you can embroider before placing an order.

We usually take 2-3 days for production and 7-15 days for worldwide shipping, usually to the US and most countries.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
