Packages awaiting customs duty are your responsibility. Packages for which customs duty has not been paid will be destroyed within 1 week. We are not responsible for costs. Our packages for glass products are insured cargo. Please check your package with the cargo officer before receiving it and if it is damaged, keep a report of the damage. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
